OPERATION PROCESS ANALYST IN MINIMART
Responsibilities
- Document findings, prepare reports and make recommendations
- Develop new processes and procedures to enhance operations
- Work with managers and employees to implement changes
- Train employees to use new systems or follow new policies
- Determine the effectiveness of new processes
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- Staff Management : Leading and supervising store staff including cashiers, stockers, department managers, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Inventory Control : Monitoring stock levels, managing product rotation, preventing stock shortages, and optimizing inventory ordering to minimize waste.
- Sales and Profitability : Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, implementing strategies to boost sales, and managing costs to maximize profit margins.
- Customer Service : Setting standards for customer interaction, addressing customer complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and promoting customer loyalty programs.
- Operational Efficiency : Implementing and maintaining efficient processes for receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, pricing, and managing checkout lines.
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an Operations Managing or similar roleExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience using statistical and database softwareConsulting and project management expertiseStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsRequirements :
Proven work experiencesGood time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
At least 4 years of experience in business development and operations marketing, or equivalent qualificationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsNegotiation and Conflict managementPossess a valid class 3 driving licenseGood driving recordRelevant work experience is preferredAble / willing to work on Weekends / Public holidays is an advantage.
