Job description

JOBS DESCRIPTION

  • Check and match DO, PO to suppliers' invoices
  • Process claims, reimbursements and suppliers' invoices
  • Prepare online transaction payment and payment summary list
  • Follow up with the unposted invoices in system and unreceived invoices and / or DO from supplier
  • Prepare sale invoices and statement of accounts
  • Ensure that all invoices (AR & AP) are posted timely in the accounting system
  • Prepare monthly bank and suppliers' reconcilation
  • Prepare RV & PV and do the filling
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Singaporean or Singapore PRs only
  • Min Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of accounts payables / receivables and general accounting procedures
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and system entries
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude
  • Able to multi-task
  • Knowledge in Xero is a plus
  • Able to communicate and read in Mandarian and English for easy communication with the team
