IT Systems Analyst (Senior / Non Senior)

Capiteq is a Singapore based technology company, specializing in delivering high quality technology services to firms trading in financial markets.

We are currently hiring a IT Systems Analyst to be based in our Hong Kong office located in Central. This roles requires someone with a good background across technologies, a self starter with experience providing VIP level support to trading staff or C-Level staff.

The role involved largely remote support, with onsite work performed in the event it can not be performed remotely. As primary engineer you will manage a portfolio of clients of which you will be responsible for key systems, reporting as well as complete oversight of the clients IT roadmap.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to widen their skillset as we will provide exposure to Azure, 365, cyber security technologies as well as exposure to IT projects and newly released technologies. If you are currently in a role where you wish to gain access and experience into cloud and security systems, this role will be a good fit.

• Experience dealing / supporting end user / VIP C level clientele.
• Experience supporting / maintaining / monitoring Wintel Servers / Azure
• Strong Experience in supporting / administration of Citrix, Office 365.
• Experience / Knowledge configuring Active Directory / VmWare / Azure deemed an advantage but not essential ( Training will be given )
• Strong communication / Customer facing skills- Ability to translate complex issues to clients.
• Understand what it takes to provide a high level of service delivery.
• Team player / Experience working with regional teams
• Fast Learning – able to think on feet and grasp the latest technologies in market.
• Multi Tasking / Strong work ethic.
• Ambition to learn & progress technically.
• Experience supporting financial markets
• Office 365 -Experience in using security and compliance features / MDM Intune Conditional access
• Experience across supporting Citrix / VPN technologies.
• Good knowledge in Active Directory
• Windows Server : Windows 2016 / 19 / DFS
• Knowledge in Azure (advantage)
• Backup Management Software VEEAM
• VmWare ESX administration / knowledge an advantage
• Microsoft Intune and Conditional Access
• Basic Knowledge across IT Networking
• Experience in Cloud endpoint protection technologies (threat hunting) an advantage.
• Experience in using IT Monitoring Systems
