Field Service Engineer for Semiconductor Metrology Equipment

Perform on-site corrective and preventive maintenance for semiconductor metrology equipment.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal downtime.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and ensure availability of necessary parts for service tasks.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs).

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a field service engineer, preferably in a metrology semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Experience with defect inspection tool or review tools

Able to work in cleanroom environment and perform overtime as and when necessary.

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
