Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of multiple corporate secretarial clients.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate governance and legal requirements of ACRA.
  • Manage and update statutory records as per Singapore Companies Act.
  • Coordinate and organise AGMs / EGMs.
  • Prepare resolutions, minutes of meetings and ancillary documents.
  • Liaising and coordinating with external service providers on statutory and compliance filings.
  • Assist with incorporation of new companies and registration of foreign companies.
  • Perform any other secretarial duties and support as and when assigned.

Requirements :

  • Degree in accounting, business management or relevant legal professional / company secretarial certification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good understanding of Singapore Companies Act.
  • A team player with positive work attitude and able to work independently.
  • Ability to take challenges and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and strong MS Office skills.
