- Working Hours : 9am-6pm (Flexible Hours)
- Salary : $4,000-$4,500 (Depends on Experience)

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process for operations and corporate roles.Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOM.Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other pre-hiring documents.2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures.Drive engagement initiatives such as team bonding, wellness activities, and rewards programs.Support performance appraisal exercises and facilitate career development discussions.Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to enhance employee retention.3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
Ensure accurate payroll processing by tracking attendance, overtime, and leave recordsWork with payroll vendors for timely salary disbursements and statutory compliance (CPF, tax submissions, etc.).Administer employee benefits such as insurance, leave policies, and claims.4. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update HR systems and employee records.Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws, MOM regulations, and workplace policies.Assist in training coordination (SkillsFuture grants, employee development programs).5. Supporting Business Growth
Collaborate with managers to align HR strategies with business needsProactively refine HR policies and practices to support operational efficiency.Requirement :
2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance.Proficient in HR systems (HRMS, payroll software, or similar platforms).Tell employers what skills you have
