Job descriptionDegree in Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or a related field Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in risk management or compliance within the insurance or financial services sector Good knowledge of MAS regulations and relevant insurance industry guidelines Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Meticulous, with a high level of integrity and professionalism Familiarity with governance frameworks such as ERM, AML / CFT, PDPA, and FATCA / CRS

Job Description
The Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain the company’s enterprise risk management framework
- Identify, assess, and report key risks across operational, financial, regulatory areas
- Conduct regular risk assessments and scenario analysis to guide mitigation
- Ensure insurance products, investments, and operations comply with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) risk management guidelines
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure adherence to MAS and GIA requirements
- Maintain compliance policies, train staff and submit timely regulatory filings
- Keep risk registers, compliance logs, and prepare audit / regulatory reports
