Job Description
The Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain the company’s enterprise risk management framework
- Identify, assess, and report key risks across operational, financial, regulatory areas
- Conduct regular risk assessments and scenario analysis to guide mitigation
- Ensure insurance products, investments, and operations comply with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) risk management guidelines
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure adherence to MAS and GIA requirements
- Maintain compliance policies, train staff and submit timely regulatory filings
- Keep risk registers, compliance logs, and prepare audit / regulatory reports
Requirements
The Requirements :
Degree in Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or a related fieldMinimum 3 - 5 years of experience in risk management or compliance within the insurance or financial services sectorGood knowledge of MAS regulations and relevant insurance industry guidelinesStrong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsMeticulous, with a high level of integrity and professionalismFamiliarity with governance frameworks such as ERM, AML / CFT, PDPA, and FATCA / CRSAdditional Information
