The division office of Global Transaction Banking (GTB) supports the regional strategy execution by aligning regional delivery, advancing business controls and digital solutions innovation through identifying new flows in emerging economies and shaping future-ready-risk-aligned products.

We are seeking a sharp, adaptable, and forward-thinking individual to support the regional growth of Transaction Banking division. This role will be instrumental in building and embedding strong business control frameworks across Cash & Trade, with a clear emphasis on regulatory interpretation, control design, and regional producternance.

What you do

The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of regulatory obligations, particularly MAS requirements, and the ability to assess and advise onpliance impacts across multiple markets. This role also demands a strong ability to opine confidently on risk assessments, institutionalize knowledge, support Group-led reviews, and explore new technologies to improve efficiency

1. Regulatory Interpretation & Advisory

• Interpret and apply MAS regulations as the primarypliance baseline
• Provide well-structured, risk-based opinions and justifications during regulatory reviews, internal audits, external due diligence assessments, and questionnaires.
• Support division in addressing Group-led control reviews, assessments, and attenuation submissions.
