My client who is a technology company is supporting the education industry and looking for an application support. Please find the details below!
Responsibilities : 3rd line support
Working with Helpdesk, the wider Technical Ops teams and Development teams. This will also require liaison with a third party who will host the solution from Singapore and a third party who will provide the scanning solution and service.
Technical configuration and exam session preparation
Out of hours on call
There will be a standby structure, 9am-6pm standard working hours. Only activated (through email or phone) if there is a major disruption.
Qualifications :
5+ years experience of Azure Cloud, MS SQL, Application Support and Infrastructure Maintenance
