Job descriptionAt least 1 year of working experience in Dermatology Clinic Min O level
Job Scope :
- Assist to book and arrange appointment for patient
- Assist in dispensing of medicines with doctor's prescription
- Assist in managing smooth clinic operations and maintaining clinical & service quality
- Registration of patients and providing customer service
- Process of billing / insurance agency transactions with different stakeholders
- Manage inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items
