Job description

Customer Service & Operational Support

  • Assist with customer inquiries related to parameter settings, account configurations, and administrative matters.
  • Provide guidance on system setup and ensure customer requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams with proper background information.

Parameter Setting & System Support

  • Perform and verify parameter configurations for customer accounts and terminals, ensuring all settings are correctly applied.
  • Validate and cross-check system inputs to prevent errors in service provisioning and configurations.
  • Conduct routine checks on terminal setups and service settingsto maintain operational accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure new software updates and configurations are correctly implemented.
  • Billing Support & Data Accuracy

  • Ensure all necessary data entries related to service transactions and parameter settings are accurate and complete.
  • Work closely with the finance team by providing verified transaction records and system configurations for billing purposes.
  • Support billing reconciliation by confirming that all service activations and parameter changes align with billing records.
  • Identify and rectify discrepancies in system configurations that may impact billing or service operations.
  • Compliance & System Updates

  • Monitor system updates and ensure parameter settings comply with company policies and service agreements.
  • Assist in verifying new software releases and system changes,ensuring all modifications align with internal processes.
  • Participate in internal reviews to ensure process efficiency and accuracy in parameter settings.
