Ensure all necessary data entries related to service transactions and parameter settings are accurate and complete.Work closely with the finance team by providing verified transaction records and system configurations for billing purposes.Support billing reconciliation by confirming that all service activations and parameter changes align with billing records.Identify and rectify discrepancies in system configurations that may impact billing or service operations.Compliance & System Updates
Monitor system updates and ensure parameter settings comply with company policies and service agreements.Assist in verifying new software releases and system changes,ensuring all modifications align with internal processes.Participate in internal reviews to ensure process efficiency and accuracy in parameter settings.
