Key Responsibilities :
Provide L2 production support for critical banking applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot incidents related to application, database, and job failures.
Analyze recurring issues and work on permanent fixes.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and L3 teams for issue resolution.
Follow ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
Maintain support documentation and ensure smooth handover between shifts.
Participate in on-call support on a rotational basis.
Required Skills :
Strong experience in Unix, Oracle / SQL, and Autosys.
Working knowledge of Azure basics and Databricks.
Good understanding of ITIL processes.
Experience working in a banking production support environment.
Good to Have :
Exposure to automation tools or scripting (e.g., Shell, Python).
Basic knowledge of CI / CD and DevOps practices.
