Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and restaurant standards.
  • Ensure all food items are properly stored, labeled, and rotated.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure compliance with health codes.
  • Assist in menu planning and suggest new dishes.
  • Monitor food stock and coordinate with kitchen staff for timely replenishment.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure timely food preparation and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to portion control and minimize food waste.
  • Assist food preparation (chopping, washing, marinating)
  • Helps in plating and garnishing dishes
  • Maintains kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and chinese cuisines .
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and food presentation.
  • Non-halal dishes (Pork)
  • Work Environment :

  • Fast-paced kitchen setting.
  • Standing for long hours and working with hot equipment.
  • Collaborative team environment.
