Client is an enterprise management consulting firm, seeking to hire an Executive Assistant for 2 years
Location : CBDWork hours : Mondays to Fridays, office hoursRole : initial 2 year contractSalary : up to $8,000 per month
Your new role
- Manage Executive’s calendars, including scheduling appointment, meetings, and conference calls, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails and correspondence, responding to or redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents for Executives, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Minutes taking
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by Executives, conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports as needed.
- Coordinate Executive events and functions, including scheduling logistics, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage Executive expenses, including tracking receipts, preparing expense reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Handle document management (printing, binding, courier, copying and filing).
- Assist in composing replies for CEO’s review and approval as and when required.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies, to support the smooth operation of the Executive Office.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by the Executive.
What you'll need to succeed
Experienced in SMEs and consulting firmsAt least 5 years experience as a personal assistant and / or executive assistantExpereince in day-to-day work with mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong stakeholdersWhat you'll get in return
