Warehouse Officer (Up to $3K + 5 Days Week)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead our in-house fulfilment team to ensure punctuality, house-keeping, performance and processes meet expectations
• Establish new processes and business improvement plan to strengthen our fulfilment capabilities
• Capable of resolving operational issues with a win-win approach, demonstrating independence and maturity
• Capable of liaising and communicating with internal and external stakeholders clearly and effectively for all fulfilment matters
• Able to lead and perform without supervision
• In-charged of rostering, training and HR matters
• Generate key reports and provide timely updates daily
• Perform daily duties alongside team members :

a) Receive and inspect goods to ensure they are accurately received in good condition

b) Perform picking and packing with daily quota

c) Arrange products accurately and efficiently in warehouse

d) Maintain warehouse cleanliness and tidiness

e) Ensure compliance of warehouse standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
