Job Responsibilities
- Gather competency gap data from line managers across business units.
- Incorporate profiling tools into the learning needs analysis process.
- Prioritise training and development needs based on business goals and future workforce requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customised course content and business cases.
- Update e-learning materials for internal training initiatives.
- Review and assess external training vendors for content suitability.
- Oversee the administration of learning platforms and coordinate with internal and external trainers for scheduling and logistics.
- Communicate training schedules and objectives to employees.
- Integrate appropriate technology to enhance training effectiveness.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements and resource allocation for training sessions.
- Collect and evaluate participant feedback to measure programme impact.
- Process vendor payments and audit learning course completion records to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development or HR preferred.Willingness to travel between office locations.Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.Able to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.Commitment to ethical standards, continuous learning, and professional development best practices.Additional Information :
