Your new role
- You will support the Project Architects in daily contract administration and project tracking.
- You will prepare and evaluate tender documents, contract agreements, and variation orders.
- Lead or participate in project and contract-related meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Draft project master programmes and contractual correspondence.
- Assess and resolve contractual claims, including Extension of Time and variation claims.
- Review and advise on legal and contractual documents prepared by clients or consultants.
- Assist in preparing fee proposals, consultancy claims, and sub-consultant agreements.
- Maintain thorough project documentation for effective claims and risk management.
What you'll need to succeed
A recognised degree in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience with local contract conditions such as PSSCOC, SIA, and REDAS.Strong understanding of all project phases from inception to final completion.What you'll get in return
