- Developing and Executing Channel Strategies and Plans
- Create market (channel &customer) business plans to achieve annual revenue, profit and share targets.
- Deploy and monitor customer management processes, policies, and procedures to ensure the consistency, efficiency, and quality of intern and external customer expectations.
- Identifying new market trends and customer needs by working with ASEAN market research team.
- Analyzing and reacting to business competition and developments to maintain agility and responsiveness to customers' needs and requirements.
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Plan, Implement and execute programs to ensure 100 % compliance to attainment of Singapore REPL AOP per account and forecast accuracy focused on sell-in, sell-through and, sell-out to different channels (retailers, 4S dealers)
- Plan, Implement and execute opportunity to maximize sell-through to territory by creating new partnership or new stores within the area assigned.
- Deliver the sell-in, sell through and distribution target THROUGH DISTRIBUTOR.
Customer / Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with distribution partners to ensure business goals are met.
- Instill Exceptional Customer Service principles to build long term relationship with customers.
- Employ consultative selling to uncover needs of distributors and retail partners.
- End-to-End Account Management : Execute best practice application of Retail Excellence across the range of Retail Store design and fit-out, Retailer Customer Service, Retail Training, Retail Marketing, consumer loyalty programs and promotions; providing the processes for continuous monitoring and improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Distributors, and dealers to ensure a WIN-WIN proposition for both parties.
Driving operational excellence in the following areas :
- Account planning.
- Financial - negotiation, pricing and margin.
- Sales and revenue forecasting.
- Branded Retail Operations via Perfect Store.
Building and developing a high impact Business Development Organization
- Establish and drive Business Development KPI's.
- Equip Business Development Organization with core sales methodologies and tools.
- Provide on the job training and coaching to subordinates as needed.
Compliance & Ethics
- Implement and Ensure 100% compliance to coverage plans and reporting guidelines including coverage of dealer accounts in the assigned territory.
- Ensure that all agreements comply with the company's policies and international trade regulations.
Experience
- Minimum combined 10 years - 15 years of relevant working experience in Business Development, Sales, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations and Training.
- Proven revenue generating track record through business development and sales.
- Possess good network and strong knowledge of the target market will be advantageous.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Strong project and people management experience, good organizational skill and attention to detail.
