Responsibilities :
- Manage and run sales cycle end to end encompassing pipeline generation, deal construct, contracting and stakeholder management.
- Expand client base. Involve actively in sales and account planning. business growth, market penetration and profitability.
- Adept in selling various solutions and services including ERP, CRM, Digital, Cloud and Infrastructure.
- Good communication skills and work with business users / IT and work with internal teams to achieve objectives.
- Plan and execute solution led sales in integrated services space, not limited to but including application Maintenance, Application Development, infrastructure services etc. and achieve aggressive sales target set by management.
- Engage with internal Project Managers / Delivery Heads / project teams to gather and oversee project execution and engage right stakeholders for seamless execution.
- Assist business users with feasibility studies / research / proof-of-concepts and conceptualise business solutions with the use of appropriate technology.
- Grow relationship with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop relationship with CXOs, responsible for quarterly business review and escalations with clients.
- Connect with OEMs and local SME for unique partnership in bids.
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science.At least 10 - 14 years of proven track record in IT Sales / Account Management.Experience in solutions / services selling.In depth understanding of either Cloud, Digital, Infrastructure or AI.
Good communication and interpersonal Skills. Works on own - no supervision required, high work ethics, leadership qualities, critical thinker, Strategic planner.Innovation centric and capable of motivating others.Prior experience in selling into banking industry will be a big plus
