Roles & Responsibilities

Resident Technical Officer (C&S & Archi)

Responsibilities

Assist Consultants / client in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site

Ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications

Liaise with the contractors / sub-contractors in the coordination of site works

Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants

Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site

Requirements

D egree or diploma in design or construction related field from University / Polytechnic

Registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer

Minimum 5 years relevant local building construction experience

Must have experience in singapore landed house construction and have capability to supervise structure, M&E, architecture and interiors works

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Expected to know the prevailing Building Control Act, Building Control Regulations, etc, and be conversant with all the requirements concerning supervision, quality control, reports and other documentation.
