Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Staff member to support our operation team. This role involves handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of corporate compliance and secretarial services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist corporate secretaries in preparing and filing statutory documents (e.g., board resolutions, annual returns, incorporation papers).
- Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and corporate files.
- Coordinate with clients for document collection, signature follow-ups, and routine correspondence.
- Support onboarding of new clients, including due diligence and KYC documentation.
- Handle data entry and document management with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Support internal filing systems, both digital and hardcopy.
- Liaise with government agencies (e.g., ACRA) for routine submissions.
- Provide general administrative support to the secretarial department.
Qualifications :
Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.Tell employers what skills you have
