Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to the Operations team on tender document review, focusing on the scope of work and specifications for M&E equipment replacement such as switchgear, genset, etc.
Review and provide technical support for M&E maintenance contract scopes and requirements.
Assist with project handover and pre-opening programs, including on-site physical inspections, site acceptance tests, and defect rectifications.
Offer technical support to the Operations team in addressing M&E operational challenges.
Provide technical guidance on M&E end-of-life replacement schedules and specifications.
Offer technical guidance, recommendations, and tracking of electrical contracted capacity and maximum demand.
Manage and execute assigned projects and improvement initiatives, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of required operations, maintenance, and project activities.
Conduct audits and identify energy / water saving opportunity, track and monitor chiller plant performance and provide timely advice to the Operations team to address any shortcomings.
Undertake any other new tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or any professional certification in Electrical or related discipline
Preference will be given to those with minimum if Grade 7 Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW)
Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience
Experience in Energy Management and Audit will be an added advantage
Familiar with Low / High voltage electrical and Scada
Low voltage power turn-on testing and procedures
Good command of English in spoken and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
Ability to multi-task, analytical, meticulous, and high level of initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
