Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the client service units and call centre, to ensure quality service is rendered to front office or other stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison person between front & back office to facilitate Onboarding process as well as the transactions related task. transactions related task.
  • Support front office in servicing clients including attending to client’s instructions, requests and enquiries.
  • Monitor day-to-day account activities, including opening and closing accounts, processing transactions, and ensure all tasks have been handled within turnaround time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their financial needs and goals. This includes regular communication and personalized service.
  • Monitor internal SOP and designated duties are carried out diligently and adhere to the P&P, rules and regulations.
  • Contact point for front office with regards to any operations and adminstrative activites. Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns front office may have with their accounts or services.
  • Support new product / business initiatives.
  • Handle complaint on a timely manner and report to the HOD if there is any.
  • Any ad-hoc task / project related

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial services.
  • Proven track record in client relationship management , especially with high-net-worth clients
  • Experience managing client service teams and operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
  • Leadership, problem solving, decision making, customer focused, strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Stakeholder and customer oriented, keep abreast with related MAS rules and regulations
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to address and resolve client issues efficiently, open minded and adaptable to change
