Job description
Job Responsibilities :
Coordinate and manage full set of accounts (together with external bookkeeper)
Handle basic bookkeeping for the Company and entities relating to the Company
Responsible for all transactional accounting activities : AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations, etc.
Handle GST, tax matters, Govt grants
Administrative and Personal Assistant scope to CEO including managing claims, travels, meetings etc
Working hours 1pm-9pm (onsite)
Part Time option available (min. 2 days / week)
