Full Time Senior / Retail Assistant

Up to $2,700 per month

Working location : Multiple locations available

Working hours :

10 : 15 AM to 9 : 45 PM, 5-day work week including weekends & public holidays

Job Scope

Assist customers with product selection, pricing, features, and promotions.

Ensure excellent customer service and respond to enquiries.

Maintain neat, attractive, and well-stocked merchandise displays.

Replenish stock regularly and alert supervisors to low-stock items.

Help place and track stock orders to avoid over / understocking.

Support stocktaking and ensure accurate inventory records.

Receive, inspect, and verify merchandise against purchase orders.

Check for damaged goods and coordinate returns with suppliers.

Label products with accurate prices and barcodes.

Keep store clean and tidy, including shelves and floors.

Support sales events and promotions (e.g. vouchers, giveaways).

Carry out other tasks as assigned by Retail Manager / Assistant Manager.

Requirements

Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level or equivalent.

Retail or customer service training is a plus.

1 year of retail experience preferred; entry-level welcome with good attitude.

Passionate about retail and thrives in fast-paced settings.

Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Adaptable to changing business needs and peak periods.
