Your day at NTT DATA

In the Investment team at NTT GDC APAC, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Investment Managers in financial analysis, market insights, project and program management of our investment initiatives in APAC region.

What you'll be doing

Core Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive support for data center site activities including data analysis and document administration from deal inception to deal closure.
  • Assist with site selection process, strategy development, financial analysis, and the approval process
  • Closely working with internal and external teams to collect and validate inputs
  • Ensure data integrity in supply planning and execution systems
  • Learn and follow the dynamics of the data center & digital infrastructure sectors
  • Build relationships with internal teams, as well as external advisors and industry experts
  • Gather and synthesize industry and market data
  • Draft and present oral and written materials to management
  • Develop and support operational initiatives within portfolio

Knowledge and Attributes :

  • Strong understanding of fundamental business analysis
  • Superior analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Solid grasp of financial concepts
  • Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Self-starter and motivated with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work both independently and within teams.
  • Unquestioned integrity, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to teamwork and excellence
  • Excellent command of English.

    • Academic Qualifications and Certifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, real estate, or a related field preferred.

    • Required Experience :

  • 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a leading private equity or DC operator or Hyperscale.
  • A track record of coordinating high quality Data center projects
