About Company :

Our client was established in 1997. A wholly owned subsidiary of a major chemical company in Japan. They produce Super-Pure Hydrogen Peroxide and Ammonium Hydroxide for the semiconductor industry.

Job Description :

• Reports directly to the Senior / Production Maintenance Engineer.
• Perform the purification process of hydrogen peroxide and its related activities.
• Perform the mixing of ammonium hydroxide process and its related activities.
• Perform the process facilities operation and its related activities.
• Conduct process maintenance operations and its related activities.
• Arranged manpower and work utilization, lead staff during maintenance operation on related equipment and instruments.
• Ensure that all related operation, processes, equipment, instruments, and facilities are performing within stipulated standard and in line with acceptable quality and safety levels.
• Conducts arrangement for preventive maintenance, calibration, and other related activities for the above-mentioned operations.
• Ensure that all related equipment / instruments are within prescribes inventory threshold.
• Carry out review of the process for continual improvement and able to conduct statistical process control parameters.
