Job description

We’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial-minded Business Development Partner to help us identify and target potential clients , build a robust pipeline , and create strategic relationships — particularly with Talent Acquisition teams across various industries.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales or recruitment solutions and who thrives in a remote, performance-based environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and engage potential clients , especially Talent Acquisition leaders, HR decision-makers, and hiring managers
  • Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, and digital tools
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage the full business development cycle
  • Create and nurture strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor offerings to client needs

You Are :

  • Experienced in B2B sales, recruitment tech, staffing services , or HR consulting
  • Well-connected with Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Directors, and hiring teams
  • A natural communicator with strong relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales workflows
