This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales or recruitment solutions and who thrives in a remote, performance-based environment.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential clients , especially Talent Acquisition leaders, HR decision-makers, and hiring managers
- Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, and digital tools
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and manage the full business development cycle
- Create and nurture strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor offerings to client needs
