Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a tech or product-driven organization. Proven ability to manage multiple teams or large-scale Agile projects. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Prior experience in coaching teams transitioning from Waterfall to Agile is a plus. Technical background or hands-on development experience. Familiarity with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled Agile frameworks. Experience working with geographically distributed teams. Knowledge of DevOps and CI / CD principles.
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Scrum Master to join our Agile teams in Singapore. The ideal candidate will champion Agile principles, guide cross-functional teams through Scrum practices, and help remove impediments to project delivery. This role is key to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.
- Shield the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-defined backlog items.
- Track and communicate team metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
- Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
- Promote Agile best practices across the organization.
- Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
