Our client is a multi-disciplinary creative agency offering 360° retail and brand activation solutions. They specialize in brand communication through design conceptualization, 3D modelling, and strategic marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including GST, VAT, corporate tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Liaise with auditors for annual audits and tax agents for annual tax filings.
