Job descriptionPreparing and executing Freight Bill invoice and report Generate report requested by Customers. Analyse data and provide report as and when required by Management. Attend meetings / site viewings with Customers Arranging and coordinating with Declarator and Customer for applying of SICC-COO Be the Bridge between inter-departments Arranging for department meeting once a month or as and when needed. Troubleshooting and solving of shipment problems Handling od Project Shipment. Min. 2–3 years of relevant experience in sea-freight operations Strong knowledge of airfreight documentation, airline booking procedures, and customs / export regulations

Sea Freight Manager
Basic - $5000 to $6000
Mondays to Fridays, 8am - 5pm / 9am – 6pm

JOBSCOPES
Management Role
- Manage top line and bottom line of the seafreight department
- Continuous improvement in the annual KPI for customer satisfaction survey
- Improve in productivity by capitalizing and maximizing the use of the FMS (Freight Management System)
- Analyze and propose cost reduction strategies
- Organizing and delegating of JS (job specs) or JD (job descriptions) to department staff
