Job description

Responsibilities

Strategic

To ensure / support implementation of the Bank's global / regional initiatives / projects associated with each BU / CC, Tokyo HQ and MUFG groupe entities, and / or facilities in APAC branches.

Financial - Monitor Branch / functions financials and support improvement

Closely monitor COOI expenses of Branches in charge and proactively support them to achieve the expense target.

Closely monitor net profit of Branches in charge and ensure they're profitable. Support them in establishing a robust platform that can be profitable in any stressed situation.)

Customer - Solve Branch specific issues

As BU / CC / Branch liaison, understand and support Branches Unit / Corporate Centre / Branchesprehensively and deeply to solve their management issues in terms of responding to / enhancing 1) Regulatory affairs, 2) Internal Audit, 3)ernance, 4) Human Capital, 5) IT / Ops and 6) BS management

People - Train / strengthen staffs in Branches and Regional HQ

Co-work with Branch members and Regional HQ.

To contribute for further improvement of engagement and talent development for entire POA

Other / Control

Ensure the Bank's operation / activities in the face / midst of BCP

Adherence topliance

To liaise and collaborate with stakeholders in Tokyo Head Office and prepare detailed reports to be presented in Japanese during Meetings and Conferences

Job Requirements : Bachelor's Degree

Experience in Corporate Banking and Strategic Planning

For AVP : At least 5 years of experience in Banking Industry

For VP : At least 7 years of experience in Banking Industry

Minimum JLPT N1 Certification, a degree from a Japanese university or equivalent required to effectivelymunicate with Japanese stakeholders and senior management in Tokyo Head Office to promote business growth and various strategies for Planning Office for Asia Division.

Goodmunication skills, Analytical ability, Logical thinking etc.
