About Us :

The Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting kindness and graciousness in Singapore. We work towards inspiring individuals and organisations to internalise and practice values that promote harmony, respect, and consideration. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Manager (Education) to join our team and play a crucial role in advancing our mission.

Job Description :

The Manager (Education) works in the Singapore Kindness Movement’s (SKM) education team in conceptualising and executing programmes through schools to achieve SKM’s mission. He / She reports to the Deputy Director (Education) and Executive Director.

He / She joins the team of managers and assistant managers to lead the organisation’s delivery of programmes and outreach to students and educators.

  • Plan, promote, and execute programmes, events, and resources to inspire kindness and graciousness in students, educators and parents.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with schools and youth-focused organisations.
  • Manage and update content on programme websites to ensure messages remain fresh and relevant.
  • Oversee administrative tasks, procurement, budgeting, logistics, and sponsorships with strong attention to governance and compliance.
  • Set and track evaluation standards to measure programme impact, and prepare insightful post-event reports with recommendations.
  • Collaborate across SKM teams to ensure smooth and effective delivery of all initiatives.
  • Participate actively in internal task groups and contribute to a positive, team-based culture.

Qualifications

  • A creative and organised team player with a heart for youth engagement and community building.
  • Strong in communication, project management, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior experience in education, youth outreach, events, or public service is a plus.
  • Establish accountability and evaluation standards and procedures to track programme effectiveness and impact.
  • Provide post-event and programme reports for review and recommend areas of improvement.
  • Seek, build, and maintain partnerships to collaborate with external organisations, to run programmes and events.
