Job descriptionChiller Maintenance Warranty Support Maintenance Contract Green Energy Do note that you will only be posted to 1 department and the job posting will be dependent on your suitability and preferred choice. Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paper work diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department Perform energy audit on commercial building and industrial plant Conduct on-site surveys on energy efficiency Propose recommendations based on the survey result Monitor performance of chiller plant room, including planning for necessary improvement works to optimize the chiller plant efficiency Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills Strong communication skills Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
