Logistics
- Planning and Coordination of shipment (Import / Export)
Inventory management
Manage and keep track of purchased goods, repair parts, samples and consignment stock.Admin
Issue Delivery Orders, Purchase OrdersPosting Customer and Supplier InvoicesAll aspects of sales support dutiesJob File Management
Maintain accurate documentation and filingTo update the files in the databases with detailed and accurate informationAny other ad-hoc duties assigned by management, e.g :
Support to Sales TeamFollow-up closely with suppliersSchedule client meetingsOrganise trade showsJob Requirements
Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, 'A' Levels or DiplomasCan work independently, and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and follow-upExcellent verbal and written communication skills
