Job Responsibilities :
- Working in conjunction with Apple’s Enterprise and Education team, you will provide high-level technical advice and solution guidance to Customers and Channel partners
- Focused on developing and fostering relationships with key customers, Apple resellers and strategic industry partners, the role requires maintaining superior technical competence and ability to present that knowledge, both formally and informally
- Deeply understanding the customer’s business needs, challenges and concerns and how the end user experiences products and services.
- Development of sales plans and proposals in direct consultation with Sales, Channel and the Customers
- Maintain high level competencies in both Apple and Industry wide technologies and be equipped to answer customers and resellers’ enquiries efficiently and effectively
- Working closely with sales staff to assist them in achieving company targets by preparing and delivering technology updates and solution presentations to customers
- Keeping resellers up to date and motivated to maximise Apple sales opportunities
- Facilitating solution by design and verification process
- Identifying, communicating and exploiting sales opportunities
- Active cultivation of relationships with reseller staff to ensure ongoing skills development and best customer experience
- Maintain links with and encourage the development of a skilled Apple technical community
- Develop and foster relationships with technical staff and decision makers of major customers
- Provide ongoing feedback to the SE, sales and management team on competitive products
- Direct interaction with external customers and industry bodies, be present as required at industry events
- Provide timely reporting as required by management
Job Requirements :
A Tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Technology roleAt least 5 years of Presales Consultancy experienceStrong technical skills with iOS and macOS are criticalMobile application development, iPhone / iOS integration and security experience are highly desirableKnowledge and skills in Mobile Device ManagementKnowledge of products and solutions involving Windows, Unix, Networking, Internet Technologies, and cross platform connectivityIT Knowledge in the areas of enterprise messaging, collaboration, wifi, client management solutions, and enterprise security technologies for iOS, macOS and competing platforms.Knowledge of Apple’s hardware and software products are advantagesUncompromising desire to assist Apple’s customers and staffExcellent verbal and written communication skills and experience in delivering presentations; you relate well to all cross functional teams, Senior Leadership, Business owners, technical folk, sales teams and end users alike.Proven self starter who can work without supervision displaying effective time management skillsA desire to provide mentoring to other SE’sAbility to work as part of cross functional teamsStrong knowledge of business and sales practiceApple Certified Support Professional or Apple Certified IT Professional would be a bonusTechnical qualifications such as CCNA / CCWA, MCSE, or other mid tier vendor certifications; MDM cert in Jamf, or Airwatch or InTune would be a bonusPlease email your cv to Career@U3infotech.com
