APAC Finance Manager (European Tech Company)

The Company

Our client is an established European Tech Company with over 20 years of history and global presence across APAC, US and EMEA region. Singapore serves as their APAC regional hub with stable and competent finance team in the business and they have great international and dynamic culture. With business expansion needs, they are hiring for a APAC Finance Manager to overlook their regional FP&A function in APAC region and supports business partnering activities with regional stakeholders.

The Role

Reporting to APAC Finance Director, you will be involved in preparing the regional budgeting and forecasting result for the APAC business. You will also play a team leadership role with leading team of 3 Accountants and Analysts to review the regional accounting and reporting process. You will also business partner closely with sales and marketing leaders, operational leaders on commercial activities to drive business impact decisions. Lastly, you will work closely with commercial leaders for ad-hoc projects for process improvement.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
• 10-15 years' of relevant experience in FP&A and Accounting
• Highly preferred candidates from Technology / Software / Service related sector
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & SAP.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills to liaise with international stakeholders.
