Understand company's culture and management philosophy, be responsible for the translation of copywriting according to related cultural topics, help employees to build up better understanding and identity of company's culture. 2. Deeply engage with the daily operation of Bytedance's internal cultural program, including but not limited to：commodity design, program promotion and publicity and general daily operation. 3. Follow the trend of cultural creation, understand users' demand, cooperate with team members to complete the creation of promotional materials and their proofreading. Also take part in sourcing and creating cultural promotion activities. 4. Take part in the general daily operation of other teams' cultural programs, make sure these programs can be successfully delivered.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications : - Undergraduate, or Postgraduate who is currently pursuing a degree / master in Human Resources, Business Management, Communications, Media, Design, or a related discipline. - Proficiency in English and require experience in dealing with Chinese vendors and working situations. - Has solid writing skills. - Able to commit to working for at least 6 months, 3-5 days a week. Preferred Qualifications : - Strong communication skills as well as ability to cooperate with others. - Has sense of responsibility and results-driven.
