The Company
Our client, a large manufacturing company with a history of more than 100 years, is currently looking to hire a Compliance Analyst due to expansion. This role covers the SEA region.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Compliance, you will lead compliance initiatives across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. Your key responsibility is to ensure adherence to internal policies and legal requirements related to anti-fraud, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption. You will conduct compliance monitoring activities, collaborate with internal stakeholders to address findings, and assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
You will analyze risks and control gaps, conduct investigations, document outcomes, and propose actionable solutions. The role also involves reviewing, analyzing, and periodically updating legal and compliance-related documents to ensure alignment with current laws and corporate standards.
Your Profile
You hold a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Law, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, are detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent organizational skills. The role requires occasional travel of up to 20% within the region.
