Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Area General Manager and Area Director, Revenue Management, you will be part of a performance-driven revenue management team managing serviced residences and hotels in Singapore.
• You will work with property / cluster-level and overseas revenue teams to maximize revenue and profitability, driving market share through strategic evaluation of business, market segments, and rate / inventory management.
• Utilize tools and data to optimize yield via proactive inventory and rate management across all properties.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to align pricing and inventory strategies with sales objectives.
• Monitor booking performance; implement tactical promotions and online channel activations to cover shortfalls.
• Manage OTA and brand website content, rates, and availability aligned with revenue strategies.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting, focusing on long-stay demand and market segments.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand periods to inform strategies.
• Lead initiatives to digitize revenue management processes for improved decision-making.
• Develop future revenue management structures and processes aligned with corporate strategies.
• Prepare performance reports for management and undertake other duties as assigned.
