Evaluate tenders and costs, manage contracts, and advise the project team on contractual matters.
Handle tendering, variations, progress claims, and certification of subcontractor payments.
Manage and prepare all contract documentation and schedules, supporting project cost estimation, specification preparation, bills of quantities, and other tender requirements.
Resolve contractual claims across various projects from pre-tender to post-contract stages.
Prepare and submit tenders, including quantity take-offs and pricing.
Oversee project budgeting and control.
Collaborate closely with the project site team.
Work independently to manage all responsibilities.

Requirements : -
Degree in Quantity Surveying with minimum 3 years relevant experience in construction / interior design sector
Self -motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure
Possess good analytical and problem skills
Strong knowledge in procurement planning
Proactive and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Chinese is required to effectively communicate with clients
Capable of multitasking and managing tight deadlines.
