Job Summary :

CKSE Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator with basic accounting knowledge to support day-to-day office operations. This role involves administrative duties, light accounts work (e.g., invoice consolidation, GST claims), and supporting HR and operational matters. The ideal candidate will also manage attendance records, filing, and customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform general office administrative duties, including data entry, document filing, and scheduling.
  • Consolidate invoices, assist with payment processing, and support GST claim submissions.
  • Maintain and update staff attendance and leave records.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding paperwork, staff documentation, and coordination of HR matters.
  • Provide basic operational support, including tracking of supplies, coordination with ground staff, and communication between departments.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism.
  • Support management with ad hoc admin, HR, or operational tasks as needed.

Requirements :

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in office administration; prior exposure to accounting or HR tasks is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing, payments, and GST claims.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable with online systems.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Singaporean or PR preferred.
