Coordinate with the support team to ensure valid and timely response on quotationsProduction of policies, endorsements, certificates, renewal notices, and other administrative requirementsMaintain close rapport and relationship with internal & external stakeholders to obtain necessary underwriting information, promote satisfactory service relationships and to encourage the submission of targeted businessReview endorsements on existing policies to identify any change in original coverage or amounts. Evaluates, accepts, rejects or modifies risks within established underwriting guidelinesWork with the claims team to attain effectiveness in the claims processesSupport other ad-hoc tasks when required
