Requirements :
Master's Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in business or organizational development within the construction or real estate sector.
Willingness to work on public holidays, weekends, and rotational shifts based on project demands.
Flexibility to travel and be stationed at overseas project sites or branches for extended periods.
Proven track record in identifying opportunities and delivering growth in the construction industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
