Job Responsibilities :
Provide administrative and coordination support to the Administration and Sales Division.Managing and directing incoming telephone callsOrganizing and maintaining proper filing systemsHandling matters related to couriers, mail, office supplies, and pantry provisionsCoordinating travel arrangements including visa applications and flight bookingsUpdating and maintaining internal databases and recordsRequirements :
Prior relevant administrative experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Self-driven, independent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented, well-organized, and diligent with a strong work ethicStrong interpersonal and communication skillsA team player who is also capable of working independentlyApplicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
