Our Singapore-based Energy and Natural Resources team is excited to welcome a Junior Associate to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding group. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading experts on complex, high-profile energy and infrastructure projects worldwide, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and the evolving energy transition.

In this role, you will work closely with lawyers on cross-border initiatives spanning oil and gas, LNG, renewables, and cutting-edge technologies such as hydrogen and sustainable fuels. You will play a key role in advising clients on regulatory compliance, project finance, ESG and sustainability matters, as well as drafting and managing transaction documentation.

The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in advising multinational clients across the energy sector - including oil and gas, LNG, renewables, and emerging energy technologies such as liquid hydrogen and green ammonia. The team has deep experience across the full energy spectrum, including oil and gas, power, and renewables, and routinely acts on market-leading infrastructure and project development matters.

The group advises an international client base that includes commodity traders, mining companies, utilities, investment banks, multilateral development institutions, corporates, fund managers, shipowners, shipyards, underwriters, brokers, and charterers.

The successful candidate will join a friendly, collaborative, and high-performing team and will be supported in their professional growth through the Firm's structured CareeRS development programme.
