Project Manager

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.

Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Team & Stakeholder Management :

Lead and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Liaise with clients, consultants, government authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.

• Quality, Safety & Compliance :

Ensure all works comply with Singapore's building codes, safety regulations (e.g., WSH Act , BCA requirements ), and company policies.

Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet project standards.

Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols on-site.

• Budget & Cost Control :

Monitor project expenditures, track costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.

Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.

• Reporting & Documentation :

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and as-built drawings.

Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, issues, and resolutions.
