Partnership Specialist (Social Work l Central)

This role focuses on building strong, strategic partnerships with social service agencies to support their growth and capability development. It involves managing key stakeholder relationships, co-developing agency plans, and leading system and project implementation efforts to streamline engagement and enhance sector-wide impact.

They plays a central role in shaping Singapore's social impact landscape through partnerships, innovation, and support for community-based efforts. It works closely with agencies to develop sustainable solutions that address evolving societal needs.

• Plan and execute engagement strategies with member organisations to support their development.
• Identify and engage strategic partners and key agencies for collaboration.
• Co-create development plans with agencies to enhance capacity for serving vulnerable communities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with Boards, CEOs, and senior leaders of member organisations.
• Coordinate reporting of engagement outcomes across agencies.
• Lead development of an enterprise system for efficient agency engagement and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee end-to-end project management : planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and delivery.
