Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries, ensuring adherence to Kwaasong's quality and consistency standards.
Support daily production operations, helping to ensure timely and exceptional output.
Learn and apply new baking techniques and recipes under the guidance of senior bakers.
Maintain the kitchen and baking areas to high cleanliness and organizational standards.
Assist with managing inventory levels of baking ingredients and tools, including receiving supplies and monitoring stock usage.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring full compliance with all applicable standards.
Work collaboratively with the team to support smooth operations and efficient production.
Job Requirements
Prior experience of at least 6 years in baking , ideally in a professional kitchen environment, or through a strong personal passion and consistent practice demonstrating equivalent skill.
Able to work night and morning shift
A strong passion for artisanal baked goods and a commitment to craftsmanship.
Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and baking techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and follow production schedules.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and eager-to-learn mindset.
