The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description :
- Responsible for Quality Assurance and Productivity Improvement in SPX Express Singapore
- Act as the advisor for the core operations team. Identify areas of process improvements, standardization and compliance across the operation team.
- Initiate and lead projects to achieve sustainable improvement of operational metrics.
- Partner with the business Intelligence team to design, improve and track business KPIs ensuring that KPI are driving towards achieving the right culture and mindset in Shopee Express Singapore.
- Interface with Product management team for system enhancement requests, new features roll-out and implementation
- Play a part in cross-functional projects as necessary
Requirements :
Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines.Professional experience in corporate and growth strategy, consulting or proven track record in managing complex operational teams, programs or projects.Strong desire to build broad capabilities in strategy, operations, data analytics and product design in the e-commerce industry.Intellectual curiosity with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
